Position: Medical Sales Representative

Location: Riyadh, Jeddah & AlKhobar, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to healthcare professionals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative, preferably in medical devices or diabetic products.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia.

In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our advanced synthetic bone graft materials to orthopedic and dental surgeons across the region.

About the Role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and other key decision-makers in the orthopedic and dental surgery fields.
  • Effectively present and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and applications of our synthetic bone graft products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and participate in industry events to raise brand awareness.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotional materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure surgeon satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, ideally within orthopedics or dentistry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage medical professionals.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the surgical workflow.
  • In-depth knowledge of orthopedic and dental surgical procedures (a plus).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed.
